NATHAN & SONS MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY (U.S.)

Effective Date: January 1st, 2026

This Minimum Advertised Price ("MAP") Policy is established by Nathan & Sons ("Nathan & Sons," "we," "us") to protect brand integrity, ensure fair competition among retailers, and maintain consistent perceived value across all sales channels.

This policy applies to advertising targeted to customers in the United States.

  1. Scope This MAP Policy applies to all Nathan & Sons products and to all forms of advertised pricing, including but not limited to:
  • Websites and ecommerce storefronts
  • Email marketing
  • Paid advertising
  • Social media
  • Online listings
  • Printed or digital promotional materials
  1. Advertised Price Definition “Advertised Price” means any price made visible to the public prior to checkout.
  2. Minimum Advertised Price The Minimum Advertised Price for all Nathan & Sons products is the current Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as published at: https://nathanandsons.com/MSRP
    Retailers are responsible for monitoring this page for updates.
  3. Prohibited Advertising Practices Retailers may not advertise Nathan & Sons products below MAP, including through:
  • Displaying prices below MSRP on product pages or listings
  • Strike‑through pricing or comparison pricing below MAP
  • Coupon codes, promo codes, or discounts visible prior to checkout
  • “Add to cart to see price,” hidden pricing, or cart‑based discount mechanisms
  • Price matching or automated repricing that results in MAP violations
  • Advertising free or discounted products when the effective price violates MAP
  1. Allowed Practices The following are permitted provided MAP is not violated:
  • Free shipping
  • Loyalty or rewards programs
  • Non‑price promotional language
  • Discounts applied only at checkout that are not publicly advertised
  1. Monitoring and Enforcement Nathan & Sons actively monitors advertised pricing. Violations may result in: a. Written notice and required correction within a specified timeframe b. Temporary suspension of wholesale purchasing privileges c. Termination of authorized reseller status
    Nathan & Sons reserves the right to determine appropriate enforcement actions at its sole discretion.
  2. Unilateral Policy Statement This MAP Policy is unilateral and non‑negotiable. Retailers are free to set their own resale prices. Nathan & Sons will not discuss or negotiate MAP terms. Continued purchase of Nathan & Sons products constitutes acceptance of this policy.
