Shipping policy

We offer free ground shipping on all USA orders over $50. The minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping may occasionally be lowered for promotional purposes. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for USA delivery. International shipments can take up to 20 days to arrive, depending on the delivery location and shipping speed selected at checkout. Unshipped orders submitted with an insufficient address will be held for a minimum of 14 days. If we are not able to contact you, your order will be refunded.

Please keep track of your order delivery date. If your order shows return to sender, please send us an email for a reshipment or refund. Refunds will be issued minus the shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

If you purchased Nathan & Sons Package Protection at checkout, please contact us at hello@nathanandsons.com for help with lost, stolen, or damaged items.

If you did not purchase Package Protection and something appears wrong with your shipment, please still reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
