Only approved wholesale partners are authorized to resell Nathan & Sons products. Authorization is granted solely for approved sales channels and may be revoked at any time.

1. Approved Sales Channels Authorized resellers may sell Nathan & Sons products only through:

• Physical retail locations
• Professional or practitioner offices
• The reseller’s own branded website

1. Prohibited Sales Channels Resellers may not sell Nathan & Sons products on or through:

• Amazon
• Walmart
• TikTok Shop
• eBay
• Any third‑party online marketplace or resale platform

1. This restriction applies regardless of fulfillment method.
2. Unauthorized Sellers Sellers offering Nathan & Sons products without authorization are considered unauthorized. Nathan & Sons reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property and contractual rights, submit marketplace takedown requests, investigate supply chain leakage, and terminate relationships with resellers linked to unauthorized sales.
