Unlike cheap drugstore gum, the texture gets better the more you chew it. Flavor is hard to describe…When the mint flavor wears off, it still tastes clean. Not minty fresh, but still fresh? Versus I feel like regular gum sometimes ends up tasting like bad breath when the flavor wears off. Can’t attest to the long-term health benefits, but my teeth definitely feel cleaner after chewing!"

If I am in the mood for 2 pieces, I usually mix 1 minty energerzing gum piece with one of the standard flavor ones. Only reason it is getting 4 stars is because it sometimes sticks to my teeth and is VERY hard to get out at that point. Sometimes adding another piece helps but not always. And trying to pick it out leaves a sticky mess on your fingers. Still not enough of a deterent to not buy again for me, but just dont chew as often"
